Our History
Lori began working for Kidney Care of Hawaii, LLC owned by Niraj S. Desai, M.D. in 2006 as the office manager and biller. In 2008, Niraj and Lori began providing billing services to other providers and in 2010 they established Lotus Medical Billing LLC.
Our Mission
We are dedicated to providing the highest quality in medical billing, account receivable management, HIPAA compliance and outstanding customer service. Our goal is to obtain the highest reimbursements allowable, while maintaining the highest levels of integrity, compliance and ethics.
